Generate a structured ICT-risk monitoring report for regulatory preparation
Regulatory context
DORA Art. 16(1)(d) requires regulated entities to deploy ICT security tools and anomaly detection capabilities. MiCA Title V (Art. 68) requires CASPs to maintain adequate ICT security systems as an ongoing operational obligation. This report illustrates the evidence structure POLARIS generates for both frameworks.
Note: this is a demo output. Final reports should be reviewed by your compliance counsel before regulatory submission.
Report includes: screening summary, DORA Art. 16 control mapping (CTL-01 through CTL-05), evidence log extract with SHA-256 chain proof. Structured per DORA Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/2956.
